EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN DANA DESA DALAM MENUNJANG PEMBANGUNAN DESA DI DESA BONTOMANAI KECAMATAN BUNGAYA KABUPATEN GOWA TAHUN ANGGARAN 2017-2018

The purpose of this research was to find out how effective the use of the village fund is in the infrasturcture ground development and the ground of community empowerment at Bontomanai village, Bongaya sub-district, Gowa regency in the budget year 2017-2018.
The method used was a qualitative research method with the research approach used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection method used was througt interviews with informants who were considered to have the potential to provide information about the utilizing village funds to encourage development at Bontomanai village, Bungaya sub-district, Gowa regency, also through observation and documents.
The results of this research indicate that utilizing village funds in supporting development at Bontomanai village, Bungaya sub-district, Gowa regency has been effective. This can be seen throught development programs that have been carried out according to the development plan stipulated in village development planning meetings such as water reservoir, bridges, farm roads, construction of toilets/ latrines, piped water, sports fields and public markets. However, the community involvement of utilizing village fund is still lacking, entirely some of them were involved in carrying out the activities.
