Abstract

Wahyuni Barr. 2021. The Influence of Work Culture, Individual Ability, and Employee Commitment on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD Takalar Regency. Supervised by Muhammad Idris and Harlindah Harniati Arfan.
This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a means of collecting research data. This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, individual ability, and employee commitment to employee performance at the
Takalar Regency DPRD Secretariat.
The population used in this study were all employees at the Secretariat of the DPRD Takalar Regency. The total number of employees of the Secretariat of the DPRD Takalar Regency is 49 people. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The data analysis method used to analyze the research data is multiple linear regression analysis.
The findings of this study are work culture, ability, and employee commitment have a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of employees at
the Secretariat of the DPRD Takalar Regency. (2) Work culture, ability, and employee commitment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Secretariat of DPRD Takalar Regency. (3)
Employee commitment is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Takalar Regency DPRD Secretariat.
