Abstract

Sry Devianty. 2020. The Effect of Individual Characteristics, Work Commitment, and Organizational Climate Toward Employee Performance at the Mattiro Sompa District Office in Pinrang Regency, supervised by H. Mashur Razak and H. Zainuddin Mustapa.
This study aimed to determine and analyze individual characteristics, work commitments, and organizational climate toward employee performance at the Mattiro Sompa District Office in Pinrang Regency.
This study was conducted at the Mattiro Sompa District Office in Pinrang Regency. The study was conducted from October to November 2019. This type of study was a survey study with correlational analysis techniques to find out between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Mattiro Sompa District Office in Pinrang Regency with a
total of 42 employees. Data collection techniques using saturated sampling (census) techniques in which all populations were sampled. The population of the employees
of the Mattiro Sompa District Office in Pinrang Regency was 42 employees. Analysis of the data used was Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect between individual characteristics, work commitments, and organizational climate toward employee performance at the Mattiro Sompa District Office in Pinrang Regency.
