Abstract

Sitti Rahmania. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Competence toward Employee Performance of the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar
Islands Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim.
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, organizational culture and competence on the performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Selayar Islands Regency.
This study is a quantitative study using a survey method with 132 respondents who are civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This research was conducted starting in September 2020. This study used validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that partially, leadership variables, organizational culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables at the Regional Secretariat of Selayar Islands Regency. The simultaneous test results show that the variables of leadership, organizational culture and competence together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
Based on the regression coefficient, organizational culture is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the
Selayar Islands Regency.
