Abstract
Rakhmawaty Mattayang, The Influence of Talent Management And Leadership on The Development of Productivity of Makassar City Council Employees (guided by Sylivia Sjarlis and M. Salim Sultan).
This research aims to: (1). To know and analyze how much talent management affects the performance of civil servants in the city of Makassar. (2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership on the performance of civil servants in the dprd makassar city.
This research was conducted in the scope of the Makassar City Council using purposive sampling method, namely all members of the population used as a sample of 69 respondents. The method of data collection is (1) Observation, data collection technique with direct observation in the field related to Talent Management and Leadership. (2) Questionnaire, is a list of questions and
statements submitted by researchers to respondents to be answered systematically in order to obtain data so that data is generated in the form of responses or responses from those respondents which then this data will be processed by the researcher.
The result of this study is (1) Talent Management has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Parliament (2) Leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Parliament (3) Talent Management and Leadership has a positive and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Parliament.
