Abstract

Patmawati. 2020. The Effect of Human Capital, Relational Capital and Organizational Capital on Employee Performance at the Takalar District Tourism, Youth and Sports Office, supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
This study aims to (1) identify and analyze the influence of Human Capital, Relational Capital and Organizational Capital on employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Takalar Regency (2) To identify and analyze the effect of Human Capital, Relational Capital and Organizational Capital simultaneously on Employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Takalar Regency (3) knows and analyzes which variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Takalar Regency.
This research was conducted at the Takalar District Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. Sampling in this study is a saturated sample, by determining the entire population, namely 43 employees. The data collection methods used were
questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: Partially human, Relational Capital, relational capital and Organizational capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Office of Tourism,
Youth and Sports of Takalar Regency. This means that the better the human capital, relational capital and organizational capital, the better the employee
performance at the Takalar District Tourism, Youth and Sports Office.
Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of human capital, relational capital and organizational capital have an effect on employee performance (Y), which means
that an increase in human, relational capital and organizational capital will affect employee performance improvement.
