Nuryani. 2021. The Effect of Principal Leadership Style, Infrastructure and Teacher Professional Competence on Teacher Performance in the Tala-Tala Inpres Elementary School Cluster, Kec. Bissappu, Kab. Bantaeng, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Syarifuddin.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership style, school infrastructure, and teacher professional competence on teacher performance in the Tala-Tala Inpres Elementary School Cluster, Kec. Bissappu, Kab. bantaeng.
This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used areprimary data and secondary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires, observations and document records. Data collection
techniques using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with proof of the hypothesis through t-test to prove the
relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially. The F test is to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously. The population in this
study were teachers at the Tala-Tala Elementary School Cluster, Kec.Bissappu, Kab. Bantaeng totaling 186 teachers and also as a sample. This research also uses purposive random sampling technique. The results of this study prove that (1) the principal's leadership style affects teacher performance, school infrastructure affects teacher performance and teacher professional competence affects teacher performance in the SD Inpres Tala-Tala Kec cluster. Bissappu, Kab. Bantaeng (2) the principal's leadership style, school infrastructure, and teacher professional competence simultaneously affect teacher
performance (3) teacher professional competence is the dominant variable affecting teacher performance in the SD Inpres Tala-Tala Kec cluster. Bissappu Kab. bantaeng.
