Abstract

Nurjannah. 2021. The Effect of Certification Allowance, Professionalism, and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at SD Negeri Inpres Ujung Katinting, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Harlindah Harniati Arfan.
This study aims to (1) partially analyze the effect of Certification Allowance, Professionalism Ability and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) analyze the effect of Certification Allowance, Professionalism Ability and Work Discipline simultaneously on Teacher Performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3) analyzing the most dominant variables influencing teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Inpres Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. This research was conducted at the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 66 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study indicate that (1) professionalism and work discipline affect teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, while the certification allowance has no effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) Simultaneously, the variables of certification allowance, professionalism and work discipline affect teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3) partially show the most dominant variable affecting teacher performance (Y), namely work discipline.
