PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI PUSKESMAS TAMMERODO KECAMATAN TAMMERODO SENDANA KABUPATEN MAJENE PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and simultaneously on community satisfaction at Tammerodo Health Center, Tammerodo Sendana District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, and the most dominant variable influencing community satisfaction at Tammerodo Health Center, Tammerodo District. Sendana, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province.
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at the Tammerodo Puskesmas, Tammerodo Sendana District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The research period was June to November 2020. This study used
a survey method. The population in this study were 189 patients who visited the Tammerodo Health Center. Sampling in this study uses probability sampling techniques, because all consumers / communities have the same opportunity /
opportunity to be selected as samples. The sample used in this study were 189 people. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and
simultaneously on community satisfaction at the Tammerodo Health Center, Tammerodo Sendana District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, and the most dominant assurance variable had an effect on community satisfaction. at
Tammerodo Health Center, Tammerodo Sendana District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province.
