Abstract

Nur Hasnah. 2021. The Effect of Teacher Performance, School Environment and Learning Media on Learning Outcomes of SMK Negeri Tapango Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Syarifuddin and Abdul Rahman Abdi.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of teacher performance, school environment, and learning media partially and simultaneously on student learning outcomes (2) the most dominant variable affecting student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri Tapango, Polewali Mandar
Regency.
This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used are primary data and secondary data generated from distributing questionnaires, observing and recording documents. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with proof of hypothesis through t test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and the F test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously.
The population in the study amounted to 500 students (class X, XI and XII) and 40 respondents per class were selected so that the number of samples was 120 students (40 students in class X, 40 class XI and 40 class XII) with a sampling
technique using purposive sampling.
The results of this study indicate that (1) teacher performance has no effect on student learning outcomes, while the school environment and learning media have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri Tapango Polewali Mandar Regency (2) Teacher performance, school environment, and learning media simultaneously influence the learning outcomes of students at SMK Negeri Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the school environment is the most dominant variable influencing student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri Tapango, Polewali Mandar Regency.
