Nilayanti Ratna Palupi. 2021. The Effect of Competence, Compensation and Performance on Employee Satisfaction at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Harlinda.
This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Competence, Compensation and Performance on Employee Satisfaction at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) Competence, Compensation
and Performance simultaneously on Employee Satisfaction at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Regency Mandar (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee satisfaction at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of
Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted on the staff of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 43 employees at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially Competence, satisfaction and work performance have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Competence, Compensation and Performance are able to increase employee satisfaction at the Polewali Mandar District Youth Sports and Tourism Service (2) simultaneously Competence, Compensation and
Performance have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that the compensation variable has a dominant effect on employee satisfaction at the Polewali Mandar District Youth Sports and Tourism Office, this indicates that the better the compensation will increase the satisfaction of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Youth Sports and Tourism Office.
