The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education, training, and leadership models on the performance of members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD in absorbing community aspirations.
This type of research uses survey research. The population consists of members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD and the community as constituents who are each assigned as many as 40 people. The sample was determined based on the number of members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD, adjusted to the number of constituents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of multiple regression with the SPSS version 25 application.
The results showed that education did not have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Bulukumba DPRD in absorbing the aspirations of the community. Meanwhile, training and leadership models have a significant effect on
the performance of members of the Bulukumba DPRD in absorbing community aspirations. This means that the performance of the members of the DPRD in Bulukumba Regency in absorbing the aspirations of the community is directly
influenced by the training and leadership model that is applied.
