This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of learning motivation, learning methods, and learning participation on learning outcomes of learning citizens in the Paket C program. This study was conducted at SPNF SKB Sidrap with a sample of 95 learning citizens. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously learning
motivation, learning methods, and learning participation have an effect toward learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination of 0.477 which indicates that the learning outcomes of learning citizens in Package C are influenced by 47.7% by the independent variables of learning motivation, learning methods and participation learning and as much as
52.3% affecetd by other variables not examined in this study.
