ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA PEMERINTAHAN KECAMATAN BATULAPPA KABUPATEN PINRANG

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of Public service effectiveness factors, namely apparatus ability, service procedures and infrastructure simultaneously and partially (2) the most dominant variable affecting the Batulappa district government of Pinrang regency.
This study was conducted at the Batulappa district government of Pinrang regency. The research period is February to March 2021. Starting from the problems and research objectives to be achieved, this type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, because this study uses a survey method with a population correlational analysis technique. In the survey research covered almost all employees in the Batulappa district government ranks totaling 53 people. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this study were 52 employees in the Batulappa district government. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple regression analysis).
The results show that (1) apparatus ability, service procedures and infrastructure have an affect partially and simultaneously (2) service procedure is the most dominant variable affects the effectiveness of public services in Batulappa district government Pinrang regency.
