Abstract

Muhammad Syafri B. (2018. MM. 1. 1209), Thesis: The Influence of Training, Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of Harbour Master of Makassar office; supervised by: Prof. Dr. Saban Echdar, SE., M.Si. dan Dr. H.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Training, Ledership and Work Motivation either partially or simultaneously on the Employee Performance of Harbour
Master of Makassar office, as well as to analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 58 peoples, using a saturated sample technique, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: (1) Training, Leadership and Work Motivation, either partially or simultaneously, had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of
Harbour Master of Makassar office, and Leadership variable which most dominantly influences employee performance. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results of 0.931, which means that the independent variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Y) by 93.1%, while the remaining 6.9% is explained by the dependent variable (Y). other than this research model.
