Muhammad Suhadriyar. 2020. The Effect of Intellectual Ability and Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction through Employee Intrinsic Motivation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands
Regency, supervised by Rustan DM and Didiek Handayani Gusti.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of Intellectual Ability and Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction through Employee Intrinsic Motivation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Selayar Islands Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted starting in September 2020. The study population was all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of the Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 75 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by
determining all populations as a total sample of 75 employees.
The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence on Intellectual Ability on job satisfaction of the employees of the Selayar Islands
Regency Civil Registration and Population Service (2) there was a positive and significant influence on Intellectual Ability on the intrinsic motivation of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive but insignificant influence on the physical work environment on job satisfaction of the employees of the Selayar Islands
Regency Civil Registration and Population Service (4) there is a positive but insignificant influence on the physical work environment on the intrinsic motivation of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil
