Abstract
Muhammad Rusli. 2021, Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee
Performance at the Gowa Inspectorate Office, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to analyze the influence (1) partially of leadership, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Gowa Inspectorate Office. (2) simultaneous influence of Leadership, motivation and competence on the Performance of Employees of the Gowa Inspectorate Office.
(3) the most dominant variable affects the performance of employees of the Gowa Inspectorate Office.
This study was conducted by Employees at the Gowa Inspectorate Office. The determination of samples using saturated techniques by taking the entire population, namely as many as 38 employees. The methods of collecting data are
questionnaires and document studies. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results concluded that: partially Leadership, motivation and competence positively and significantly affect the performance of employees in the Office of the Gowa Inspectorate Office of Gowa. This means that leadership,
motivation and competence are able to improve employee performance in the Gowa Inspectorate Office. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation and competence positively and significantly affect the Performance of Employees in
the Gowa Inspectorate Office. Partially showing that the variable work environment has a dominant effect on the performance of the Gowa Inspectorate Office, this indicates that the better the employee work environment will further
improve the Performance of Employees in the Gowa Inspectorate Office.
