Abstract

Muhammad Dahlan Darwis. 2021. The Effect of Work Motivation, Competence and Organizational Culture toward Employee Performance in the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Enrekang Regency, supervised by Mashur Razak and Hari.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of Work Motivation, Competence and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Enrekang Regency (2) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Enrekang Regency.
This study approach uses survey research. This research was conducted at the Office of Community Empowerment and Village of Enrekang Regency. When the research was conducted starting in February 2021. The population in this study were all employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Enrekang Regency, totaling 42 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 42 employees.
The results show that (1) there is no effect of work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Enrekang District Community and Village Empowerment Service, the t value of work motivation variable was -1.891 <t
table value of 2.024, and the probability value was 0.066> 0.05, then H0 was accepted. That is, work motivation has no effect on employee performance (2) There is no effect of competence on the performance of the employees of the
Community and Village Empowerment Service of Enrekang Regency, where the t value of the Competency variable is 1.302> the t table value is 2.024, and the probability value is 0.201> 0.05, then H0 is accepted. That is, competence has no effect on employee performance (3) There is no effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Enrekang Regency, the t value of the organizational culture variable is -1.096> the t table value is 2.024, and the probability value is 0.280> 0.05. , then H0 is accepted. This means that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance.
