This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of work culture, work discipline, work infrastructure partially on the performance of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Luwu Regency (2) the influence of work culture, work discipline, work infrastructure, simultaneously on the performance of ASN Regional Secretariat of Luwu Regency (3). which variable has the most influence on the performance of ASN Regional Secretariat of Luwu Regency.
This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Luwu Regency. The sample was determined by using saturated sampling technique (census) as many as 134 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that partially Work Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN Regional Secretariat of Luwu Regency. This means that Work Culture, Work Discipline and Work Infrastructure will improve ASN Performance. Simultaneously, Work Culture, Work Discipline and Work Infrastructure have a positive and
significant effect on the Performance of the Regional Secretariat ASN Luwu Regency. Partially it shows that the Work Culture variable has a dominant effect on performance, this shows that the better the Work Culture will further improve the Performance of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Luwu Regency.
