Abstract

IRWAN. 2021. The Influence of Work Performance, Motivation, and Organizational Communication on the Performance of State Civil Servants at the Environmental Service of Bantaeng Regency (Supervised by: Muhammad Idris and Jalante)
This study aims to analyze the effect of work performance, motivation, and organizational communication on ASN performance at the Bantaeng District Environmental Service, both partially and simultaneously and the most dominant
variables. The population of this study were all ASN of the Environmental Service of Bantaeng Regency, amounting to 46 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. In data analysis using multiple linear regression test with the SPSS Statistics 19 program.
The results of this study prove that it is partially proven that work performance, motivation and organizational communication affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Environmental Service of Bantaeng Regency. This study also proves that work performance, motivation and
organizational communication simultaneously affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Environmental Service of Bantaeng Regency. This study
produces a coefficient of determination of 83.8% which indicates that this research model can explain that ASN performance is influenced by 83.8% of this research variable and 16.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that the better or higher work performance, motivation, and organizational communication, it is expected that ASN's performance will be better and higher as well. Based on the results of this study, the Environmental Service Office of Bantaeng Regency needs to pay attention to the performance achievements of ASNs, as well as to increase the motivation of ASNs so that they can be more motivated to work with a full sense of responsibility so as to improve their performance. The level of organizational communication must also be maintained
properly so that ASNs can work more effectively. With the increasing performance of ASN, the vision, mission and goals of the Bantaeng Regency Environmental Service organization can be achieved.
