Abstract

Irfan. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Housing and Land Services in the Majene Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Sudirman Dandu.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and work motivation on Employee Performance at the housing and land services in the Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the housing and land services in the Majene Regency.
This study approach used a quantitative study that was conducted at the housing and land services in the Majene Regency in January 2021. The study population was all employees of the housing and land services in the Majene Regency by 93 people.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant of leadership toward the employee performance of the Housing and Land Services in the Majene Regency (2) there is no effect of job satisfaction toward the employee
performance of the Housing and Land Services in the Majene Regency (3) there is a effect of work motivation toward the employee performance of the Housing and Land Services in the Majene Regency (4) there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously toward the employee performance of the Housing and Land Services in the Majene Regency (5) Work Motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance of the Housing and Land Services in
the Majene Regency.
