Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (3) To determine and analyze communication affect performance ASN Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (4) To determine and
analyze the ability of individuals to affect the performance of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (5) To determine and analyze work motivation affects the performance of the Regional Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Regional Secretariat (6) To determine and analyze communication affects performance through the work motivation of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (7) To find out and analyze the ability of individuals to influence performance through the work motivation of the Regional Secretariat of the Pinrang District ASN.
The results of the study concluded that (1) communication and individual abilities had a positive and significant effect on motivation (2) communication and individual abilities had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that communication was built both vertical and horizontal communication making it easier to perform. While individual abilities are reflected in employees such as intelligence and work ability so that employees feel able to complete the work given (3)
motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that employees are required to be motivated so that employee morale increases where employees will work optimally or excel. (4) communication and individual abilities have no and insignificant effect on performance through motivation. This means that the level of
employee performance is triggered by motivation, therefore motivation is a special concern of the leadership.
