Abstract

Iin Dian Haryati Hasyim. 2021. The Effect of Human Resource Quality and Conflict Management on ASN Performance at the Bantaeng Regency Regional Secretariat Office Moderated by Leadership Support, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim.
This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of the quality of human resources and conflict management on the performance of ASN at the regional secretariat office of Bantaeng Regency which is moderated by the support of the
leadership.
This study approach uses survey research with quantitative research methods conducted at the Bantaeng Regency Regional Secretariat office in April to May 2021. The research population is State Civil Apparatus at the Bantaeng Regency
Regional Secretariat office, totaling 103 people, with sampling using the Slovin Formula so that the obtained sample size as many as 82 people.
The results show that (1) the p-value = 0.058 and the t-statistic value = 1.903, where the p-value was 0.058 > 0.05 and 1.903 < 1.96, so that the quality of human resources was not significant and had no effect on the performance of ASN
in Regional Secretariat office of Bantaeng Regency (2) p value = 0.000 and t- statistic value = 4.610, where p-value is 0.000 <0.05 and 4.610 > 1.96 so that Conflict Management has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance at
the Regional Secretariat office Bantaeng Regency (3) p value = 0.922 and t-statistic value = 0.097, where p-value is 0.922 > 0.05 and 0.097 < 1.96, so that the Quality of Human Resources moderated by Leadership Support is not significant and has no effect on ASN performance at the Bantering Regency Regional Secretariat office (4) p value = 0.637 and t-statistic value = 0.472, where p-value is 0.637 > 0.05 and
0.472 < 1.96, so that Conflict Management moderated by Pimpi Support which is not significant and does not affect the performance of ASN at the Bantaeng Regency Regional Secretariat office.
