PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 KOTA PAREPARE

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Educational Management on Student Character Education, the object of research in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Parepare.
This research is a case study research with descriptive quantitative method. The data source used in this study is primary data with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and library case studies. The sample in this study is amounted to 64 respondents using purpose sampling techniques. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Data processing uses the SPSS Software Application for Windows Version 20.
The results showed partially (individually) that Planning (X1) of 0,780, Implementation (X2) of 1,008 and Supervision (X3) of 1,662 partially had a positive and significant effect on student character education (Y), with each partial
correlation coefficient value of planning (X1) ) of 0.012, implementation (X2) of 0.017, and supervision (X3) of 0,000.
Simultaneously (together) planning (X1), implementation (X2) and supervision (X3) have a positive and significant effect on student character education (Y), with the coefficient of determination simultaneously being 0,000.
The implementation variable (X2) of 0.017 has a more dominant influence on the student's character education variable (Y) than the planning variable (X1) and the supervision variable (X3).
