Abstract

HABIBIE (2017MM20827). The Influence of Organizational Culture, Education and Additional Employee Income on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pinrang Regency (supervised by Mashur Razak
and Mukhtar Hamzah).
This study aims to analyze: 1) The influence of organizational culture, education and additional employee income partially on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pinrang Regency, 2) The
influence of organizational culture, education and additional employee income simultaneously on employee performance at the Development Planning Agency Region of Pinrang Regency, and 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pinrang Regency.
This research approach uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was carried out at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pinrang
Regency. The time of the study was carried out from October to November 2019.
The population used in this study were all employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pinrang Regency, totaling 72 people (December 2019 data). The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census) by determining all the population as a total sample of 72 employees. Quantitative data analysis technique obtained
from the questionnaire results using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results show that: 1) Organizational culture (X1), education (X2) and additional employee income (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Pinrang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency's employees, 2) Organizational culture (X1), education ( X2) and additional employee income (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Pinrang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency's employees, and 3) The most dominant additional employee income variable affects the performance of the Pinrang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency's employees.
