Dicky Zulkarnain. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance in Watang Sawitto Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Dedy Rahmawandi.
This study aims to (1) test and partially analyze the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance in Watang Sawitto Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency (2) simultaneously test and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance in Watang Sawitto District, Kabupaten Pinrang (3) tested and analyzed which variables had the most influence on employee performance in Watang Sawitto District, Pinrang Regency.
This research was conducted in Watang Sawitto District, Pinrang Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a questionnaire as a supporting instrument. The entire population is used as a respondent. Multiple Linear Regression analyzed data.
The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, three factors or variables that become the research analysis, namely leadership and compensation factors, do not have a significant influence, while motivational factors have a
significant influence on employee performance at the Watang Sawitto District Office, Pinrang Regency (2) Simultaneously, leadership, compensation and motivation factors have no significant effect on employee performance in Watang
Sawitto District, Pinrang Regency (3) motivation is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance.
