Abstract

Darmawan. 2021. The Effect of Compensation, Education, Organizational Climate, and Work Performance on the Performance of Regional Secretariat Employees of Majene Regency, supervised by Masdar Mas'ud and Asri.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Education, Organizational Climate, and Work Performance on the Performance of Regional Secretariat Employees of Majene Regency.
This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency with a research time of 2 months. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency, totaling 140 people. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique (census), where all of the population were sampled as many as 140 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency.
The results of this study prove that (1) partially proven that Compensation, Education, Organizational Climate and Work Performance affect Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Majene Regency (2) Simultaneously Compensation, Education, Organizational Climate and Work Performance affect the Performance of the Regional Secretariat Employees of the Regency Majene.
This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination R2, or R Square, equal to 0.975. These results mean that the variables of Compensation, Education, Organizational Climate, and Work Performance have a relationship with Employee Performance of 97.5%. Other reasons outside the model explain the remaining 2.5%.
