Abstract

Budiawan. 2021. The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat, supervised by Mariadi and Didiek Handayani Gusti.
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of organizational commitment on satisfaction at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (2) the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (3) the
influence of organizational commitment and work motivation on satisfaction at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (4 ) the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (5) the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (6) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (7) the influence job satisfaction on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of Mamuju Regency.
This research was conducted on the Secretariat of DPRD Mamuju Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturated technique by taking the entire population of 73 employees of the Secretariat of the DPRD Mamuju Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (2) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee
performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (3) organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant impact on performance Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat employees (4) organizational commitment has no effect on Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat employee
performance (5) work motivation has no effect on Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat employee performance (6) Work motivation through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on DPRD Secretariat employee performance Mamuju Regency.
