Abstract

Asrullah. 2021. Employee Performance Improvement through
Compensation, Discipline and Work Environment at Mall Panakkukang Square (Study of employees of Tenant Ramayana, Carrefour, Informa & Ace Hardware), supervised by Syamsul Alam and Asri.
This study approach uses quantitative research and conducted on the employees of the Tenant Mall Panakkukang Square. When the research was conducted starting in November 2020. This study aims to determine the increase in performance through compensation, discipline and work environment at Panakukang Square Makassar.
The population used in this study were employees of Tenant Mall Panakukang Square Makassar (Ramayana, Carrefour, Informa & Ace Hardware) totaling 437 people, while a sample of 81 people was determined based on the Slovin formula using a random sampling system.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (2) Compensation, work discipline and work environment have a
positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (3) Work environment variables have dominant influence on employee performance.
