Abstract

Arnida. 2020, The Influence of Motivation, Ability and Responsibility on Community Aspirations Services at the Bulukumba Regency DPRD supervised by Dr. Anwar, SE, M. Si and Dr. Haeranah Alwany, SE, MM.
The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the influence of motivation, ability, and responsibility on service to the aspirations of the community to members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD.
The type of research used is quantitative explanatory. The population consists of members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD and the community as constituents who are each assigned as many as 40 people. The sample was determined based on the number of members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD, adjusted to the number of constituents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of multiple regression with the SPSS version 25 application.
The results showed that motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on the aspirations services of the members of the Bulukumba DPRD. Meanwhile, the ability and responsibility have a positive and significant effect on
the aspirations services of the members of the Bulukumba DPRD in absorbing the aspirations of the community. That is, ability and responsibility have a direct effect on Community Aspiration Services for members of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD
