Abstract

Andi Tauhid Arfan. 2021. The Effect of Appreciation, Ability and Work Culture on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Office of Fasharkan Lantamal VI Makassar, supervised by Asniwati and Asri.
This study aims to determine the effect of Awards, Ability and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of Fasharkan Lantamal VI Makassar. The population in this study is the personnel at the Office of Fasharkan Lantamal VI
Makassar with a total sample of 45 people.
The methods of data collection in this study were questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The method of data analysis used descriptive methods and statistical inferential methods, namely by using multiple linear regression statistical methods.
Based on the F test the independent variables (award, ability and work culture) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) it was found
that the level of correlation of the relationship between Awards, Ability and Work Culture on Employee Performance is a high relationship, namely 58%, while the remaining 42% is influenced by other factors. Ability is the most dominant factor influencing Employee Performance at the Office of Fasharkan Lantamal VI Makassar.
