Abstract

Andi Dwiyanti Musrifah. 2021. The Effect of Recruitment, Placement, and Role Conflict on Employee Performance at Kelurahan Offices in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Hj. Masdar Mas'ud and Didiek Handayani Gusti.
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of recruitment, placement and role conflict partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in Kelurahan Offices in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency (2) the most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees at Kelurahan Offices in Benteng District District Selayar Islands.
This research design uses survey research. This research will be carried out at the Kelurahan Offices of Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency from January to February 2021. The population in this research is all employees of the Kelurahan Offices in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 60 people. The sample used is the entire population, with the sampling technique is total sampling, (census) as many as 60 employees of the village office Se sub-district of the fort in the Selayar Islands. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that (1) there was a partial influence of Recruitment,Placement and Role Conflict on the performance of employees at the Kelurahan Offices in Benteng District, Selayar Islands Regency (2) Recruitment, Placement and
Role Conflict simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Kelurahan Offices in Benteng District, Regency. Selayar Islands amounting to 82.1% while the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study (3) Recruitment (X1) is the most dominant factor affecting the performance of the employees of the Benteng District Office, Selayar Islands
Regency.
