This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of
transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Enrekang Regency.
This research approach uses survey research conducted at the
Enrekang Regency Regional Secretariat office in February 2021. The data used in this study is primary data collected through a direct questionnaire survey. The study used a sample of 75 civil servants who work at the Regional Secretariat of Enrekang Regency. The saturated sampling
technique determined the determination of the sample in this study. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses 1, 2, and 3.The study's results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables of transformational leadership and organizational
commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, the work environment variable did not affect job satisfaction. The variables of transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.
