Abstract

Putri Nirmala Sari. 2025. The Effectiveness of Using Instagram Promotion in Developing EndhaMakeUpArt's Bridal Business, supervised by Sofyan Hamid Indar and Muh Syilfa Nooviar.
This study aims to analyze (1) the role of Instagram as a promotional medium in developing EndhaMakeUpArt's business, and (2) the effectiveness of Instagram as a promotional medium in enhancing EndhaMakeUpArt's bridal business.
The study employed a qualitative approach using interviews, documentation, and observations, focusing on the AIDA factors to measure the impact of effectiveness. Data was analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques.
The research findings indicate that: (1) Promotion using Instagram has successfully attracted the attention and interest of potential customers, and (2) It has yielded results for Instagram users in utilizing EndhaMakeUpArt's services and products.
