This research aims to analyze 1) To find out and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar office 2) To find out and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in the office PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar 3) To find out and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance on the performance of PT Office Employees. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar. The respondents in this research were all employees of the PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar has 116 employees. The data analysis technique is in the form of multiple linear regression testing with the help of IBM SPSS 25.00 for Windows.
The results of the research concluded that: partially Organizational Culture, Competence and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT Office Employees. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar. This means that Organizational Culture, Competence and Organizational Commitment are able to improve employee performance at the PT Office. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture, Competence and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Office Employees. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar. Partially, it shows that the Organizational Culture variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of PT Office Employees. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar.
