Abstract

Walda. 2025. The Influence of Work Environment, Work Stress, and Workload on Employee Performance at the Maros District Education and Culture Office, supervised by Mutiarini Mubyl and Faisal Rizal Zainal.
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work stress, and workload on employee performance at the Maros District Education and Culture Office.
The study employed a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires designed using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions regarding the variables of work environment, work stress, and workload. Data was collected from 80 employee respondents at the Maros District Education and Culture Office using SPSS22 and JASP applications to understand the relationships between these variables.
The research findings indicate that (1) There is no significant influence between work environment and work stress on employee performance. (2) There is a negative and significant influence of workload on the employee performance variable. (3) The variables of work environment, work stress, and workload do not simultaneously influence the employee performance variable at the Maros District Education and Culture Office.
