ANALISIS STRATEGI MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK DAN PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING PADA PABRIK TEMPE HIKMA DESA BONTOREA KABUPATEN GOWA

This study aims to analyze the supply chain management strategies implemented by Hikma Tempe Factory and identify the challenges faced in enhancing the competitiveness of tempe products. The research focus includes aspects of raw material procurement, production processes, distribution, and internal and external factors that influence competitiveness in a competitive market environment.
The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews and direct observation of the factory's operational activities. Data sources consisted of primary data obtained from the suppliers, factory owner, workers, retailers, and custumers, and secondary data from relevant literature and supporting documents.
The research findings indicate that Hikma Tempe Factory faces several challenges in supply chain management, including dependence on imported soybeans, fluctuating raw material prices, and a traditional distribution system. The strategies implemented are not yet optimal in reaching a wider market and improving production efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to implement adaptive and innovative strategies that align with environmental conditions and consumer needs to strengthen the factory's competitiveness in the future.
