This study aims to determine the impact of financial performance on the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023 based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios.
The research sample consists of government banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet specific criteria. The study employed secondary data and a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling was used to ensure a representative sample. The data information was obtained from the company's financial data for the past three years, related to research variables, namely 2021-2023.
The research findings conclude that financial ratios play a crucial role in evaluating company stability and profitability. The analysis results show that, simultaneously, liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), and profitability ratios (return on asset) have a significant influence on company value.
