Abstract

Putri Aulia Safitri. 2025. Transforming Civil Servant Performance Through the Implementation of an Accounting Information System and Competency Development at the Bantimurung Sub- district Office, supervised by Indrawan Azis and Nur Rachma.
This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of an accounting information system and competency development on the transformation of civil servant performance at the Bantimurung Sub-district Office.
The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation from three informants.
The research findings indicate that the implementation of an accounting information system at the Bantimurung Sub-district Office has brought significant changes in financial administration management and increased transparency in budget utilization. However, challenges remain regarding network connectivity and limitations in employee competency in operating the information system optimally. Therefore, continuous training and improvements in technological infrastructure are necessary. The implementation of an accounting information system has a positive impact on civil servant performance and the enhancement of employee competency.
