Abstract
Nurfaida. 2025. The Role of Leadership in Enhancing Service Quality at KSU Nurhidayah in Gowa Regency, supervised by Nurhaeda Z and Nur Fahmi Akhmad.
This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in enhancing service quality at KSU Nurhidayah, Gowa Regency.
The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive approach.
Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation of the leadership, employees, and cooperative members.
The research findings indicate that effective leadership contributes to increased employee motivation, improved communication, and more informed decision making. Additionally, the implementation of leadership strategies
involving motivation, supervision, and regular evaluation plays a role in enhancin g the cooperative's service quality. With strong leadership, KSU Nurhidayah can continue to grow and provide more optimal services to its members. However, there are still some aspects that need improvement, such as enhancing facilities and technology base d service innovations to meet the evolving needs of cooperative members.
