Abstract

Jihan Aulia N.Lasuki.2025.The Influence of Office Facilities and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional IV BKN Makassar Office, supervised by Un Dini Imran and Nur Syamsinar Munir.
This study aims to analyze (1) the partial influence of office facilities and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional IV BKN Makassar Office,
(2) the simultaneous influence of office facilities and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional IV BKN Makassar Office, and (3)the most dominant variable influencing employee performance between office facilities and work discipline at the Regional IV BKN Makassar Office.
The study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 61 respondents who are employees at the Regional IV BKN Makassar Office. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale, and data analysis used multiple linear regression.
The research findings indicate that: (1) Office facilities do not have a significant influence on employee performance.(2)Work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Work discipline is the most dominant variablethat positively influences employee performance.
