Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, and additional employee income on the performance of employees of the Department of Village Community Empowerment, Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DPMPDPPKBP3A) Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province.
This research was conducted using quantitative methods and applying multiple regression analysis. The research population was all civil servants at the DPMPDPPKBP3A
office, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Data was obtained through a questionnaire technique with a sample of 40 people. The research results show that (1) The variables of leadership, discipline, and additional employee income partially influence employee performance. (2) The variables of leadership, discipline, and additional employee income have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. (3) the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance is discipline.
