This study aims to analyze (1) whether Career Development has a partial effect on employee performance at the UPTD Artificial Insemination Office in Polewali Mandar Regency (2) Does individual ability have a partial effect on employee performance at the UPTD Office of Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency (3) Is commitment Work has a partial effect on employee performance at the UPTD Office of Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency (4) Does Career Development, Individual Ability
and Work Commitment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the UPTD Artificial Insemination Office, Polewali Mandar Regency (5) on the performance of employees at the UPTD Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency?
This research was conducted on the Employees of the UPTD Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, which is as many as 36
employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially it shows that the Career Development variable (Xi) has a positive but not significant or significant effect on the Employee Performance of the UPTD Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency. Partially it shows that the individual ability variable (X2) has a negative effect on the Employee
Performance of the UPTD Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency.
Partially it shows that the commitment variable (X3) has a positive effect on the Employee Performance of the UPTD Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency. Simultaneously, it shows that the career development
variable (Xi), individual ability (X2), and commitment (X3) have a positive and insignificant effect on the Employee Performance of the UPTD Artificial Insemination in Polewali Mandar Regency. Partially it shows that the commitment variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the UPTD Artificial Insemination staff in Polewali Mandar Regency.
