Abstract

Andi Alfianto: "The influence of service to increase of sales at PT Hadji Kalla Toyota. Guided by Mariah, SE., M.Pd.
This report is made how the service that customer service give service to increase of sales beside to analysis the influence of service to customer satisfaction at PT hadji Kalla Toyota.
At working this report, the writer uses some methode that are collecting data method and analysis method.
From this final examination that the writer did, the writer found that the influence of service to increase of sales has a very tight relationship.
