Abstract
Adzalia. 2017. SWOT Analysis of Sale Strategy on Wong Solo's Restaurant of Makassar Branch. Supervisor: Ahmad Firman.
The title of this research has been discussed on November 1 2016 and it has been approved to conduct research on Wong Solo's Restaurant of Makassar. The aims of this research is to know strategy of sale which was used by company. In this case, how was the company position? was it avoid, weak, tenable, strong or dominant? Furthemore to improve the company position through the analysis of strength and weakness it, as well as opportunities and menaces by company. This research was conducted for a month.
The research question was answered in analytical description. The kind of research was description. The data that used were primary and secondary data. The collection of primary data was conducted by interview to sale manager of wong solo's restaurant. The results of SAP analysis showed that the position of company stand of strength, while the result of SWOT analysis (Strength - Weakness - Opportunities - Threats) Showed that all of company owned Strength, weakness, opportunities and challenge in running their business.
The results of this research showed that the strength which was owned by wong solo's restaurant of Makassar Branch could cover the weaksesses that possessed by wong solo's restaurant.
