The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Tamalanrea and to determine the influence of the working environment and compensation simultaneously on job satisfaction of employeea at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Tamalanrea.
The location of this research at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Tamalanrea. This study uses multiple linear analysis test of all employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Tamalanrea numbering 70 people. The results obtained show that the hypothesis that the working enviroment and compensation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Tamalanrea is proved. Based on the simultaneous testing, studies show that the working enviroment and compensation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Tamalanrea.
