Abstract
Ahmad Sila. 2021. The Effect of Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment toward Employee Performance at the Education Office in Gowa Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment partially toward employee performance in Education Office in Gowa Regency (2) the effect of motivation, work discipline,
and work environment simultaneously toward employee performance at the Education Office in Gowa Regency.
The approach of this study is a quantitative approach conducted at the Education Office in Gowa Regency from February to March 2021. The study population was all 61 civil servants of the Gowa Regency Education Office. The
sample selection in this study was implemented using a saturated sampling method, by determining all populations as a sample with a total of 61 employees.
The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation, work discipline, and work environment partially toward the performance of the employees of the Education Office in Gowa Regency (2) there
is a positive and significant effect between motivation and work discipline simultaneously toward the performance of the employees at the Education Office in Gowa Regency.
