Abstract
Safril Usman. 2025. The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at UPT SMAN 21 Gowa, supervised by Un Dini Imran and Iradat Rayhan Sofyan.
This study aims to analyze (1) The influence of leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at UPT SMAN 21 Gowa. (2) The simultaneous influence of leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at UPT SMAN 21 Gowa. (3) The most dominant variable influencing teacher performance between
leadership style and organizational culture at UPT SMAN 21 Gowa.
This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 31 respondents, who are teachers at UPT SMAN 21 Gowa. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis
with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire.
The research results show that (1) Leadership style has a partial influence on teacher performance, while organizational culture does not have a partial influence on
teacher performance. (2) Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive simultaneous influence on teacher performance. (3) The variable of leadership style has
the most positive and significant influence on teacher performance.
