PENGARUH SELF MANAGEMENT DAN SELF IMPROVEMENT TERHADAP KUALITAS MAHASISWA PADA INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI DAN BISNIS NOBEL INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the influence of Self Management and SelfImprovement on student quality at the
Nobel Indonesia Institute of Technology and Business.

The research type used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires. The sample size in this study is 95 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a non-linear approach, using t-tests, the coefficient
of determination (R-squared), and Ftests.
The results of this study show that (1) Partially, Self-Management and SelfImprovement have a positive influence on student quality at the Nobel Indonesia Institute of Technology and Business. (2) Simultaneously, Self-Management and Self-Improvement have a positive and significant influence on student quality at the Nobel Indonesia Institute of Technology and Business. (3) The variable Self Improvement is the most dominant variable influencing
student quality at the Nobel Indonesia Institute of Technology and Business.
