This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of work readiness on students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM programs, (2) the influence of
interest on students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM programs, (3) the simultaneous influence of work readiness and interest on students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM programs, and (4) the most dominant
variable between work readiness and interest influencing students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM programs.
The study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 respondents who are students of ITB Nobel Indonesia. The study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, with data collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale.
The research findings indicate that (1) Work readiness has a significant influence on students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM programs. (2) Interest has a significant influence on students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM programs. (3) Work readiness and interest collectively have a significant influence on students' decision to participate in internship-based
MBKM programs. (4) Interest is the most influential variable, with a positive and significant impact on students' decision to participate in internship-based MBKM
programs.
